The heads of CONI, Malagò and Fabbricini, arrive in Sochi. Another 29 Azzurri also arrive in Russia
The heads of CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee) arrive in Sochi. The President, Giovanni Malagò, and the Secretary General, Roberto Fabbricini are expected tomorrow afternoon at the headquarters of the XXII Olympic Winter Games. Arriving along with them in Russia will be another 29 Italian Azzurri led by a large delegation of the alpine ski team, consisting of Peter Fill, Federica Brignone, Nadia and Elena Fanchini, Francesca Marsaglia, Daniela Merighetti and Verena Stuffer. In the Mountain Cluster, Roland Clara, Giorgio Di Centa, Francesco De Fabiani, Deborah Aigreter, Marina Piller, Virginia De Martin Topranin, Ilaria Debertolis and Elisa Brocard Fund, Dorothea Wierer, Karin Oberhofer, Alexia Runggaldier, Nicole Gontier and Michela Ponza of Biathlon, Davide Bresadola, Sebastian Colloredo and Roberto Dellasega of ski jumping will also be arriving. Settling into the Coastal Village of Adler instead are Andrea Giovannini, Yvonne Daldossi, Matteo Anesi, Giacomo Mirko Nenzi, Francesca Lollobrigida and David Bosa of speed skating.
