Stefania Berton (Figure Skating): "Amazing to be out there"
Comments from figure skater Stefania Berton, following her performance with Ondrej Hotarek in the pairs team event short programme at the Iceberg Skating Palace on Thursday.
On competing at the Olympics: "It felt amazing to be out there. There wasn't as much pressure because we were part of a whole team. It really prepared us for the individual events. This was more fun. We wanted to skate for the judges, for our team and for the crowd, and we achieved everything we wanted to achieve with this programme". Stefania on the individual pairs event. "The sport of pairs has been growing and growing, level-wise. It used to be that just the final group of skaters were the ones to watch but now the whole event is interesting. It's beautiful to see that happening and we're a part of it. We're really proud".
